Creating a BedPro account takes under two minutes. Go to bedpro.biz/register, enter your full name, Pakistani mobile number, email address and date of birth, then choose a username and password. A verification code will be sent to your mobile — enter it to confirm your number and your account is live. You can deposit and start playing immediately after verification.

No. BedPro enforces a strict one-account-per-player rule. Registering multiple accounts — whether in your own name, a different name or using different payment methods — results in all accounts being permanently closed and all balances being forfeited. If you previously had an account and want to return to BedPro, contact support at support@bedpro.biz rather than registering again.

You must be 18 years old or older to register on BedPro. This is a firm requirement. Age is verified during the KYC process using your CNIC. Any account found to have been registered by someone under 18 is closed immediately, deposits are returned and all winnings are voided. BedPro takes age verification seriously with no exceptions.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before your first withdrawal. You will need to upload a clear photo of your CNIC (front and back) and a selfie holding the card. The process is completed through your account settings under "Verify Account." Most verifications are approved within 24 hours during business days. On the login page, click "Forgot password?" below the password field. Enter your registered mobile number or email address. BedPro sends a 6-digit reset code to your phone or inbox. Enter the code, choose a new password (minimum 8 characters with at least one number and one special character) and login immediately. If you don't receive the code within a few minutes, check your spam folder or try the mobile number option.

For security, mobile number changes cannot be done self-service. Email support@bedpro.biz with your account username, your old number and your new number. Support will verify your identity using your KYC documents and account history, then update your contact details. Mobile number changes take 24 hours to process for security reasons. During this time you can still login with username and password.

You can request account closure by emailing support@bedpro.biz. Before closure, any remaining balance will be refunded to your verified payment method. Note that if you're closing because of concerns about problem gambling, BedPro's self-exclusion tool is a better option — it prevents re-registration and includes ongoing protections. After logging in, go to Account Settings → Security → Two-Factor Authentication and toggle it on. You'll confirm your registered mobile number and from that point every login from an unrecognised device will require a one-time code sent to your phone. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA — it takes 30 seconds to set up and significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access.

First, confirm the payment was deducted from your Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank account by checking your transaction history on the payment app. If funds were deducted but haven't appeared in BedPro after 30 minutes (for mobile wallets) or 6 hours (for IBFT), contact support via live chat or email support@bedpro.biz with your transaction ID and the amount. Support will trace the payment and credit it manually if confirmed.

BedPro does not charge any fees on deposits from its side. The full amount you deposit is credited to your account. However, your payment provider — Easypaisa, JazzCash, your bank — may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside BedPro's control. Check your payment provider's fee schedule if you want to avoid any third-party charges.

Yes. BedPro allows you to set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from your Account Settings → Limits. Once you hit your limit, no further deposits are accepted until the period resets. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a 24-hour cooling period. This is one of BedPro's core responsible gaming tools — we encourage all players to set one.

BedPro does not charge withdrawal fees. The full amount you request is sent to your payment account. As with deposits, your payment provider may apply their own fees — particularly for IBFT transfers from certain banks. If your withdrawal is still in "Pending" status (not yet processed by the finance team), you may be able to cancel it from your transaction history in the Wallet section. Once a withdrawal moves to "Processing" or "Sent" status, it cannot be cancelled. If you need to cancel an in-progress withdrawal urgently, contact support immediately via live chat — speed matters as once funds are dispatched they cannot be recalled.

Wagering requirements mean you need to bet the bonus amount a certain number of times before it becomes withdrawable as real money. For example, if a bonus has a 10x wagering requirement and you received Rs 1,000 bonus, you need to place Rs 10,000 worth of eligible bets before the bonus converts. BedPro's Refer a Friend programme gives you a bonus when someone you referred registers, verifies their account and makes their first deposit. Your referral code is available in your account settings. Share it with friends — when they enter it during registration and complete the qualifying steps, a bonus is credited to both accounts. There's no limit to the number of friends you can refer.

If a bonus is not used or the wagering requirements are not met within the expiry period, the bonus and any winnings from it are forfeited automatically.
