BedPro Terms and Conditions — What You Need to Know

1 Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms. Understanding these terms clearly will help you interpret your rights and obligations as a BedPro player.

2 Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on BedPro, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. BedPro strictly prohibits access by minors and uses verification procedures to enforce this rule.
• You must be a natural person registering in your own name and for your sole personal use. Registering on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or agent of BedPro, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by BedPro or any other recognised responsible gaming body.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

2.2 One Account Per Player

BedPro operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one active BedPro account at any time. If you have a previous account that was closed — whether by you or by BedPro — you must contact BedPro support before creating a new account. Creating multiple accounts, including accounts in different names or linked to different payment methods, is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being suspended and all balances being forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and mobile number — must be accurate and complete. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. BedPro reserves the right to suspend an account where registration information is found to be false, incomplete or inconsistent with verification documents.

2.4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your BedPro username and password. All activity that takes place on your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you notify BedPro of any unauthorised access. BedPro recommends enabling two-factor authentication, which is available in your account security settings. BedPro will never be liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

3 Account Verification (KYC)

BedPro is required to verify the identity and age of all players before processing withdrawals and, in some cases, before certain deposit thresholds are reached. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

3.1 Documents Required

BedPro may request any combination of the following documents to complete verification:

• Proof of Identity: Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), NICOP (for overseas Pakistanis) or passport. The document must be valid and clearly show your full name, date of birth and photograph.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement or government-issued document showing your name and current address, dated within the last three months.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation showing that the Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay or bank account used for deposits is registered in your name.

3.2 Verification Timeline

BedPro aims to complete standard KYC verification within 24–48 hours of receiving all required documents. During any pending verification period, you may continue to play but your withdrawal requests will be held until verification is complete. Submitting incomplete or illegible documents may extend the verification timeline.

4 Deposits

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

BedPro accepts deposits exclusively via the following Pakistani payment methods, all denominated in PKR:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet and bank account)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet and bank account)
• NayaPay
• SadaPay
• Bank Transfer via IBFT (Interbank Fund Transfer)
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

4.2 Deposit Limits & Processing

The minimum deposit on BedPro is Rs 500. There is no universal maximum deposit limit, though individual payment method limits and account-level limits may apply. Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed instantly. IBFT transfers typically appear within 2–4 banking hours during standard banking hours. BedPro does not charge any fees for deposits, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.

4.3 Deposit Ownership

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. BedPro does not accept deposits from third-party accounts under any circumstances. If a deposit is received from an account that does not match your verified name, it will be returned and your account may be suspended pending investigation.

5 Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To request a withdrawal from BedPro, your account must be fully verified (see Section 3), and your real money balance must meet the minimum withdrawal amount of Rs 500. Bonus balance funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been completed in full.

5.2 Processing Times

• Easypaisa / JazzCash: Processed within 10 minutes of approval for verified accounts.
• NayaPay / SadaPay: Processed within 15–30 minutes.
• IBFT Bank Transfer: Processed same day for requests submitted before 3:00 PM PKT on working days; next working day otherwise.
• Card Withdrawals: 1–3 working days depending on the issuing bank.

5.3 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

BedPro operates a withdrawal-to-origin policy: withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement and is non-negotiable. Where the original payment method is no longer available, BedPro may request additional verification before approving an alternative withdrawal route.

5.4 Withdrawal Fees

BedPro does not charge any fees for standard withdrawals. However, if you withdraw funds from a bonus that has not been played through according to the wagering requirements, BedPro reserves the right to deduct the bonus amount from the withdrawal. Your net winnings are always preserved.

6 Gameplay Rules

6.1 General Rules

All games available on BedPro — including sports betting, live casino, jackpot slots, baccarat and Ludo — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game or market. These Terms apply in addition to individual game rules. Where there is a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms take precedence unless the individual game rules specifically state otherwise.

6.2 Random Number Generators

All casino games and Ludo games on BedPro use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) independently tested and certified by approved testing laboratories. The outcome of every game is statistically random and completely independent of previous results. BedPro does not and cannot influence game outcomes in favour of the platform or any individual player.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the unlikely event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including server errors, disconnection or display errors — the game result as recorded in BedPro's server logs shall be final. If a malfunction causes an ambiguous result, BedPro reserves the right to void the round and return the stake to the player's account. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is the governing principle for casino games.

6.4 Ludo-Specific Rules

Ludo games on BedPro operate with a 30-second turn timer in standard format and 15 seconds in Quick Match format. Players who miss three consecutive turns due to inactivity may be removed from the game, and their stake may be forfeited in accordance with the individual game rules. Full Ludo rules are displayed in the game lobby before each session begins.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins and promotional offers provided by BedPro are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion on the Promotions page, in addition to these General Bonus Terms. In all cases, the more specific promotion terms take precedence.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they become withdrawable as real money. The default wagering requirement on BedPro is 35x the bonus amount. For example, a bonus of Rs 1,000 requires Rs 35,000 in total qualifying wagers before the bonus converts to withdrawable real money balance.

7.3 Game Contribution to Wagering

Not all games on BedPro contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. The standard contribution rates are:

• Jackpot Slots: 100% contribution
• Video Slots: 100% contribution
• Sports Betting (pre-match): 100% at odds of 1.50 or higher
• Live Casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack): 20% contribution
• Ludo Games: 50% contribution
• Sports Betting below 1.50 odds: 0% contribution

7.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses on BedPro have an expiry period, which is specified in the individual promotion terms. The default bonus expiry is 30 days from the date of crediting unless otherwise stated. Any bonus balance remaining at expiry, along with any associated winnings from that bonus, will be removed from your account automatically. No extensions will be granted.

7.5 Abuse of Bonuses

BedPro reserves the right to withhold, reverse or forfeit any bonus, free bet or promotional credit if it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a player has abused the bonus system. Abuse includes — but is not limited to — opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, coordinating with other players to exploit promotion terms, placing opposing bets to reduce wagering risk (bonus hedging), or consistently making low-risk bets purely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent.

8 Sports Betting Rules

8.1 Bet Acceptance

BedPro reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet, at any time and without explanation. Odds displayed on BedPro are offered in good faith but may be subject to change before a bet is confirmed. A bet is only confirmed once you receive a bet slip confirmation on screen — any bet placed during a period of odds update may not be accepted at the originally displayed price.

8.2 Result Settlement

Sports bets on BedPro are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body — Cricket: PCB, ICC; Football: FIFA, UEFA, or the relevant domestic league. BedPro will not void a settled bet on the basis of a result subsequently reversed by a governing body more than 48 hours after the original BedPro settlement, except in cases of confirmed match manipulation.

8.3 Abandoned and Postponed Events

If a sports event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled before the scheduled completion, BedPro will void all bets on that event and return stakes to players' accounts, unless specific game rules for that market state otherwise. For cricket, specific rules around rain-affected matches and Duckworth-Lewis method results are detailed in the individual cricket betting rules.

8.4 In-Play / Live Betting

Live in-play bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability. BedPro may suspend in-play markets at any time — for example, during key moments in a cricket match such as a wicket or powerplay. Bets submitted but not confirmed before a market suspension are not accepted and will not be settled. Accepted live bets placed on the basis of a BedPro error in odds or market status are void.

8.5 Maximum Payout

BedPro applies maximum payout limits to sports betting. The default maximum payout per settlement is Rs 2,000,000 for a single bet and Rs 5,000,000 for accumulated parlay bets, unless the individual market specifies a lower limit. BedPro may reduce maximum payouts on certain markets without prior notice.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BedPro and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, cloned or unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds.
• Money laundering: Using BedPro to layer, conceal or transfer funds derived from illegal activity. BedPro is obligated to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, share information or manipulate game outcomes.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, macros or any automated system to interact with BedPro games, markets or the interface.
• Match manipulation: Placing bets on sporting events that you have inside knowledge about, or in which you are a participant or have influence over the outcome.
• Exploiting software errors: Deliberately exploiting a bug, glitch or error in BedPro's software to gain an unintended advantage. Any winnings derived from a known exploit are void.
• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account on BedPro, whether in the same name or different names, for any purpose.
• Underage access: Registering as or allowing a person under 18 to use your BedPro account.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 BedPro's Right to Suspend

BedPro reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including — but not limited to — suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, prohibited conduct (Section 9), unresolved verification, or where required by applicable law or a regulator.

10.2 Balance on Closure

If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms by the player, BedPro reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance, including verified winnings, pending investigation. If an account is closed at the player's own request and is in good standing, any real money balance will be refunded via the player's verified payment method within 5 working days.

10.3 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request closure of your BedPro account at any time by contacting support at support@bedpro.biz. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, please use the self-exclusion tool (see Section 11) rather than a simple account closure, as self-exclusion provides additional safeguards against re-registration.

11 Responsible Gaming

BedPro takes its responsibility to player welfare seriously. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity. All tools are accessible from your account settings at any time, with immediate effect, and no cooling-off period before activation:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your BedPro account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on how much you can lose in a given time period before further gameplay is blocked.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session, after which you will be logged out automatically.
• Reality Checks: Receive on-screen reminders at set intervals showing how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from BedPro for a minimum period of 6 months, up to permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, BedPro will take all reasonable steps to prevent access to your account and block marketing communications.

12 Privacy and Data Protection

13 Intellectual Property

All content on BedPro — including but not limited to software, game graphics, brand assets, promotional materials, odds data and the BedPro name and logo — is the intellectual property of BedPro or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the BedPro platform for personal gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any BedPro content without explicit written permission from BedPro.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BedPro's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort or otherwise — shall not exceed the amount of funds in your verified real money balance at the time the claim arises. BedPro is not liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits or data resulting from technical failures or interruptions beyond BedPro's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from your own failure to maintain account security.
• Indirect, consequential or special damages of any kind, however arising.
• Any action taken by BedPro in good-faith enforcement of these Terms, including account suspension pending investigation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by BedPro's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by BedPro.

15 Amendments to These Terms

BedPro reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, BedPro will notify registered players via email and/or a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of BedPro after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using BedPro and request account closure before the effective date.
